The position as MarCom Manager is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will join the newly established Marketing & Digital Communications team counting 10 dedicated and experienced marketeers. You will be working closely with your creative and digital colleagues and with corporate product managers as well as colleagues in Ambu sales companies to ensure insights and alignment across departments and projects.
Strategic Marketing and Project Management
As our new MarCom Manager, you will be responsible for the entire process of delivering campaigns and product launches within various clinical areas. In close collaboration with the Corporate Product Managers, you will define the market need, the campaign scope and execute the creative campaigns (often several at the time) with the creative team. You will ensure the campaigns offer strong product messaging, that the collaterals are in line with the local needs and delivered on time with a strong playbook providing campaign guidance and Marcom plan. Eventually, you will have your own clinical areas to support and drive with MarCom related activities in agreement with the responsible PMs.
In short you will:
Own and manage campaign development and product launch toolbox development Compose MarCom plans and guidance Own and run defined marketing & digital development projects Initiate and execute campaign ideas in collaboration with team and in alignment with Product Managers and sales companies Follow up on campaign deliveries, ensuring local marketing satisfaction and use of collaterals.
Additionally, you will set the professional direction for the marketing communication team that consists of five people which means that you will be their go-to person for professional sparring.
A strategic global marketeer with strong hands-on competences
To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are a strong project manager and strategic marketeer with a proven track record within global strategic marketing, preferably within B2B. You hold a Master’s degree in marketing and have solid experience with global marketing communications and product launches from a HQ position.
As a person, you exceed your peers by being a hands-on person with the ability to manage all steps of a project and still think strategically on a global level. You are analytical and make decisions based on data and follow up by setting KPIs. You bring a positive personal power with you and you are structured, self-driven, responsible, team-oriented and outgoing.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently.
