As our new Marketing Assistant for ST NEM (Sales Territory Nordic and Emerging Markets), you will have a unique opportunity to apply your competencies and really influence marketing activities. You will join a rapidly growing sales company based out of Ballerup. In ST NEM Marketing, we are currently six highly motivated employees and you will join a well-functioning team.
Assistance in exciting marketing processes
You will have a versatile and exciting job where your overall goal is to assist your two colleagues with tasks across the entire marketing palette.
Your primary areas of responsibility will be to:
Assist in the conception and creation of promotion activities such as marketing campaigns and sales support tools Assist in tenders and creation of tender support material Act as the department expert and coordinator of graphic tasks including print materials Assist in planning and execution of congresses and workshops including managing internal stock of exhibition events within ST NEM Administrate and maintain internal sales and marketing sites including ST NEM SharePoint site Perform ad hoc tasks in the department
Your own customers are typically sales representatives in Scandinavia and Russia, but also distributors in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. This makes the tasks more complex and gives you solid experience with global marketing. You can expect approx. 10-15 days of traveling per year.

In order to be successful in this job, it is important that you are both creative and quality-oriented. You come up with new approaches, but you always keep an eye on the details, and you ensure that your tasks are solved with high quality. We value that you are service-minded and a team-player to ensure that we can create the best conditions for our sales colleagues together.
We expect that you hold an education related to marketing at bachelor level and that you have previously worked on one or more of the above tasks. It is important that you have good skills in MS Office and Adobe InDesign.
You thrive in an international environment and it is a requirement that you speak and write fluent English. Additionally, it will be an advantage if you speak and write Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish, but this is not a requirement.
