Georg Jensen AS is looking for an experienced E-mail Marketing Manager who is eager to be responsible for developing e-mail marketing in Georg Jensen and growing the e-mail revenue.

THE ROLE
The role emphasizes responsibility for e-mail marketing - Creating, planning, producing and managing all e-mail communication on most markets supporting our overall Georg Jensen strategy. The criteria for success in this position will be to grow e-mail revenue, open rate and click rate, grow revenue by using AI and grow e-mail customer base by using lead tool to successfully achieve marketing KPI’s.
The role is based in the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg. You will report to the Head of Marketing & CRM and work in a team of 5 highly skilled colleagues.

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role with 3-6 years of experience preferably with expertise from a business similar to Georg Jensen, e.g. Design, Luxury, Home, and/or Jewellery.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for e-mail marketing - Creating, planning, producing and managing all e-mail communication on most markets
- Monitor and maximize communication with customers & prospects
- Ensuring our e-mail marketing corresponds with marketing activities – commercial calendar, e-com, retail etc.
- Using AI tool to find new potential in the database
- Making sure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Assist on CRM development projects and automation
- Expert in CRM and ESP system
- Support markets in use of CRM and ESP
- Run lead campaigns – growing the e-mail database (LeadFamly)
- Tracking and analyzing e-mail marketing
- Monthly KPI report
YOUR PROFILE
The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role with 3-6 years of experience preferably with expertise from a business similar to Georg Jensen, e.g. Design, Luxury, Home, and/or Jewellery.
