Georg Jensen A/S is looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Activation Manager to orchestrate and implement 360 marketing campaigns. The role is based in the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg. You will report to the Head of Brand Marketing & Creative and work in a team of 6 highly skilled colleagues.

The role
The role is a leading position responsible for the orchestration, planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, through all consumer touch points, supporting our overall Georg Jensen marketing strategy. The role is highly cross-functional and requires impeccable planning and coordination skills as well as a strong strategic mindset.

The ideal candidate has senior experience in a similar role with 5-6 years of B2C international marketing management experience preferably with expertise from a business similar to Georg Jensen, e.g., Design, Luxury, Home, and/or Jewellery or from an agency working with luxury brands.

- Brand campaign orchestration with a 360 approach
- Media planning in coordination with media agencies
- Campaign planning and information sharing to HQ and all related departments and marketing managers in our markets
- Campaign briefings to the content team
- Budget management of the marketing budget
- Stakeholder alignment
- Campaign coordination across channels
- Follow up on campaign results
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has senior experience in a similar role with 5-6 years of B2C international marketing management experience preferably with expertise from a business similar to Georg Jensen, e.g., Design, Luxury, Home, and/or Jewellery or from an agency working with luxury brands.
The ideal candidate has the following competences:
- Hands-on type of person, who is used to getting things done
- Self-driven with an ability experience in planning and running many campaigns simultaneously
- Networker and collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about adding value to the business
- Ability to think innovatively and solution-oriented
- Strong team player
- Dynamic, energetic, proactive, while also being structured
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time in collaboration with the team
- Professional proficiency in English and Danish with strong communication skills and experience from a global work environment
- Highly skilled MS Office user, especially PowerPoint, Excel and experience with MS Teams
