Do you want to make a real difference within a global organisation in one of the largest logistics companies in the world?
We seek a Marketing Manager to make an immediate impact in our fast-paced and growth-focused Solutions division.
DSV Solutions is dedicated to delivering warehousing (contract logistics) and supply chain services at 500 warehouses across the world in more than 40 countries worldwide. We receive and store our customers’ goods and subsequently handle the orders to pick and pack these goods, arrange transportation and ship the orders to end customers worldwide.
You will be part of the Global Business Development team of DSV Solutions managed from The Netherlands. As the position will be based at our global head office in Denmark you will be working closely with the Corporate Marketing and Communications department.
You will work on account-based marketing, with a strong sales focus across a wide variety of channels and platforms. You will initiate campaigns on social media, website, programmatic advertising, search optimisation and e-mail automation. Supporting sales with organising customer events, webinars etc. you will create visibility for Solutions’ services, resulting in quality leads. Expect frequent travel to the Netherlands and some to larger DSV Solutions countries.
Your most important tasks
As a Marketing Manager you will create an all-encompassing marketing plan for the Solutions division that is aligned with the Global as well as local Marketing teams, as well as:
Key aspects about you
You have a keen interest in all aspects of marketing, as well as experience with activation on social media, email automation, content marketing, web and search. Moreover you have:
Your qualifications to succeed
• BSc, MSc or similar in a related area with preferably 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience
• Experience with contract logistics such as warehousing, fulfilment, 3rd party logistics.
• Excellent written and oral English language skills (DSV corporate language)
• Superuser in Microsoft Office
• Good analytics skills

Your most important tasks
As a Marketing Manager you will create an all-encompassing marketing plan for the Solutions division that is aligned with the Global as well as local Marketing teams, as well as:
- Align budgets and prioritize the marketing projects
- Document and manage the marketing projects and all the stakeholders involved
- Manage consultants and creative bureaus on quality, cost and time
- Ensure the deliverables of marketing projects are effectively rolled out and adopted by the organization
- Activate DSV Solutions services across communications channels such as Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, E-mail automation, website content and paid advertisement.
- Continuously develop and suggest new activities that can move the needle in terms of sales and brand
- Supporting sales with customer events, promotional campaigns, webinars, presentations etc.
Key aspects about you
You have a keen interest in all aspects of marketing, as well as experience with activation on social media, email automation, content marketing, web and search. Moreover you have:
- Great stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross functional at all levels
- Done campaigning on both owned, earned and paid media
- Have a logical, analytical and structured approach to work
- Convincing communicator and engaged collaborator
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and motivate all levels in the organization.
- Ability to work independently
- Are solution oriented and not afraid to challenge the status quo
