At GN Audio we are leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions. As a result of our continued growth, we now need you to join our Global Marketing Operations (GMO) team representing our Jabra products. Here, we ensure successful launches of some of the most technologically advanced audio and video products in the market, and you will become part of a very international team and environment.
“We’re almost like a little international family, and in the beginning, you will join me in ongoing projects to get a hang of things and familiarize yourself with our way of working before taking charge of new and exciting launches,” Global Marketing Operations Manager Daniel Martorell explains.
Take the lead on end-to-end marketing processes
Working closely with our Global Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of our product and asset development and go-to-market strategies for new products. You will create a strong GMO practice, utilizing a combination of marketing tools and stakeholder management to establish processes within the marketing function.
You will drive the activities from start to finish – from defining both B2B and B2C target audiences and stories to go-to-market and regional implementation. You will be part of the end-to-end launch process for all Jabra products as you:
“It’s both challenging and fun to follow your products through the different departments. It’ll bring you exposure to many different stakeholders on all levels like developers, logistics professionals and marketing people – all with different opinions,” Daniel continues.
A jack-of-all-trades within marketing
As a marketing generalist, you have good all-round marketing knowledge combined with sound project management skills. You are able to be the driving force, steering your projects through different stages independently. You are comfortable managing people on all levels and across professions and disciplines and thrive with streamlined work processes while also looking at ways to improve them.

- Engage with other Marketing functions and R&D to secure marketing requirements for asset development
- Drive day-to-day operational activities around the Jabra Marketing Way of Working for existing families of products to ensure timely and on-budget playbook creation and delivery
- Supply projected marketing costs and forecasting for new product launches as part of our internal product development process.
- Develop and maintain a Marketing Operations “Master Database” covering key elements of the GMO team

A jack-of-all-trades within marketing
As a marketing generalist, you have good all-round marketing knowledge combined with sound project management skills. You are able to be the driving force, steering your projects through different stages independently. You are comfortable managing people on all levels and across professions and disciplines and thrive with streamlined work processes while also looking at ways to improve them.
We imagine that you:
- Have a relevant educational background in marketing or communications
- Have a 2-4 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing
- Have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within a budget
- Have integrity, accountability, self-motivation and resourcefulness
- Are fluent in English – Danish is not a requirement
