Do you want to define and implement an integrated campaign strategy across the organization and lead the global rollout, working closely with our Demand Generation team, Product and Industry Marketing team and colleagues within Marketing Shared Services?

Take the lead on our global lead gen campaigns
To scale our marketing activities, today we already create multi-channel campaigns that are run globally. However, to have a more structured, process-driven approach for the prioritization and planning of the campaigns, including stakeholder management, we are missing a person who is dedicated to do just that. Hence, we are adding a new role to our team for the planning of our global lead gen campaigns.

Responsibilities include
- Strategize, plan, and optimize data-driven lead generation campaigns to achieve the set goals that support our go-to-market themes
- Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including alignment with internal teams and subject matter experts
- Work with field marketers across our team to ensure proper targeting, timing, and execution
- Align with SDRs on results of top funnel campaigns, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations
- Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
A marketeer with organizational talent
- Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields
- 3-5 years of related job experience (SaaS software provider)
- Exceptional communication/stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience working with metrics to measure tactic and channel impacts
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns
