The Role
As a Product Manager working with the STEP Platform, you will be instrumental in using your deep STEP and technical knowledge to deliver on our objectives. Reporting to a Product Director, you will be working with customers, partners, analysts, and key internal stakeholders and leaders to understand and identify how we can create value with our MDM platform, influencing the strategy and executing on it with a true market-driven and value-led mindset.

- Lead the market problem identification process, validating problems across customers and markets, translating customer needs into product initiatives, and building the executive level business case to support the prioritization of initiatives
- Work with other Product Managers, Product Directors, R&D, and the CTO to build and maintain a roadmap that aligns with company strategy and delivers true business value to the market
- Advocate, market, and evangelize the product vision and value proposition both internally and externally
- Work with Product Owners and Developers in translating initiatives and objectives into product requirements and use cases, ensuring that we build solutions that both solve the problem and delight internal and external stakeholders

Is this you?
A Product Manager for Platform needs a deep technical understanding, alongside the ability to stay focused on business value and outcomes across markets and customers.
Moreover, you must have:
- A strong work ethic and the ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks with little oversight
- Technical knowledge that can be applied with a business value mindset
- STEP experience or familiarity with event-driven architectures, APIs, and standard formats, such as XML, XSLT, JSON, JavaScript, GraphQL, REST, Kafka, etc
- The ability to work with geographically dispersed teams in a variety of time zones in a matrix organization
Bonus if you also have:
- Previous Product Management experience, more so if it includes working within the Pragmatic Marketing Framework
- Experience with SaaS software development, architecture, and deployment
- Experience with the SAFe and Agile development methodologies
