For Roche Diabetes Care we are looking for a skilled and passionate Marketing Coordinator, to become part of “Roche Diabetes Care”, and take on the challenging and exciting job, to cover all local marketing aspects for the Accu-Chek diabetes portfolio (Blood glucose meters, Insulin delivery system & digital solutions).
As Marketing Coordinator, you will work close together with the sales team in executing the marketing & sales plan for Denmark. The position reports to the Nordic Head of Marketing and is based in Hvidovre in Copenhagen, Denmark.

More than 40 years, the Accu-Chek brand has been designed, to ensure that people with diabetes can live as normal and active a life as possible, and to allow healthcare professionals to manage their patients ' condition in the best possible way.
Today, the Accu-Chek portfolio offers diabetics and healthcare professionals innovative products and effective solutions that lead to practical, effective and competent diabetes control, whether it is monitoring blood glucose, data management or insulin intake.
It covers everything from blood glucose meters, insulin pumps, finger prickers and data management systems to educational programs – which contributes to an improved medical result and quality of life.
THE POSITION
The position is a 12-month contract (maternity cover). As Marketing Coordinator, you will be fully responsible for coordinating and execute traditional and digital marketing activities within the existing marketing strategy, and capture the benefits of the portfolio.
Monitoring the market trends (customers, key stakeholders, competitors, etc.) and develop innovative marketing tactics to maximize the commercial success of the portfolio, including established products as well as new product launches.
As Marketing Coordinator, you work close together with the Sales & Market Access team in Denmark, and customer service. Your daily reference will be with Head of Sales & Market Access.
Tasks:
Drive marketing activities direct to consumer Responsible for online marketing and social medias – newsletter, website, Facebook etc. Monitor the success and ROI of marketing campaigns and communicate on a regular basis Follows-up an annual marketing plan and business cases for specific growth opportunities. Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and business cases for specific growth opportunities Coordinate with the Nordic Product Managers the development of internal and external communication to all stakeholders, as well as supporting materials Launch new products and optimize the marketing & communication mix to maximize the commercial potential of existing products. Product trainings and support to sales, enabling organization to commercialize products Responsible for ensuring product availability and forecasting process. Inform internal employees about new products or changes to existing products Support the creation of the annual business plan with accurate market data, forecasts and product phase-in and phase-out plans Monitor sales, instrument placements and other commercial KPIs and initiate corrective action when necessary

THE CANDIDATE
As Marketing Coordinator, you have 3-5 years of experience from a similar role, - preferably within the medico industry/life science. Alongside you have a strong interest in patient driven marketing around digital healthcare.
Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools, Analytics tools, CMS (web management), Social Media platforms, Salesforce.com/CRM Knowledge in direct to consumer marketing activities Fluent in Danish and English
