At our office in Delhi, we are looking for a Regional Marketing Director. This person will create/manage local strategic and compelling artist and content campaigns, and projects to increase brand awareness, audience growth and user engagement.
You will own and drive the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new local ideas. You will also manage project deadlines and optimize the effectiveness of all local-related campaigns in collaboration with our Global Digital Marketing department and other internal and external cross-functional teams.
And, last but not least, you must love music and be a fun, friendly and helpful colleague. At Moodagent we laugh a lot, we work hard, and we always help each other out. We are busy, and we know that we can only succeed if everyone’s running in the same direction and has each other’s backs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for cooperating closely with Artists and Labels
- Responsible for all kinds of events including contract to, festivals, and award shows
- Set up and execute Moodagent live events
- Defining and driving our local promotional strategy around existing and new local music content
- Creating and managing local marketing strategies
- Creating and managing TV campaigns, cinema campaigns and more to increase brand awareness, audience growth and user engagement
- Collaborating with the Global Digital Marketing department and other internal and external cross-functional teams to optimize the effectiveness of all local content-related campaigns
- Developing and executing original local content projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ experience in the music industry
- Minimum of 5-10 years management experience in marketing
- Knowledge and experience in building a local marketing strategy for a music streaming app
- An established name in the media industry is preferred
- Works independently, purposefully and is disciplined
- A team leader who can engage and drive the team for results
- Has worked in a Senior Marketing role
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish relationships with the team and with external parties
- Collaborative, team-focused style of working
- Self-sufficient and a positive attitude - a natural problem solver
