With direct reference to the company's Head of Growth, the Growth Hacker collaborates with our Brand and Product team, to deliver on our ambitious growth targets - we experienced 39% month over month revenue growth in 2020 and we’re not planning to slow down. The recruitment is an extension to the team as part of our growth strategy.

As a Growth Hacker at Nøie, you’ll take part in a well-driven growth machine built on experiments, and feature testing with a passionate team motivated to help customers achieve a better quality of life. We’re inspired by the working principles from Reforge and Growth Tribe.

Your most important tools for our growth machine:

  1. Facebook Business Manager/Analytics/Attribution, Google Ads for Youtube, Display and Search. Advertising in Snapchat and Tiktok
  2. Hotjar and Fullstory for analysing customer behaviour and user journeys.
  3. Instapage or Shogun for creating high-performing landing pages. Plus other analysing tools as Ahrefs & SEMrush,
  4. Klaviyo for Automation, Automation, Automation in email marketing

An experienced Growth Hacker with a proven track record of profitable scaling


We’re looking for a person who is passionate about digital marketing, is driven by data and enjoys working with passionate colleagues. A keen business sense, and always an eye on where your work has the greatest economic impact.

Your responsibilities

You’ll take on the responsibility for driving top-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product and business objectives. You’ll therefor be responsible for thinking, conceptualising and end-to-end execution of growth hacks with the objective of generating higher revenues.

In other words, your tasks will include:

  • Testing and optimising marketing tactics for customer acquisition (We primarily work with SoMe channels and email today) and conversion rate optimisation
  • Conducting and presenting competitive analyses and market researchWith direct reference to the company's Head of Growth, the Growth Hacker collaborates with our Brand and Product team to deliver on our ambitious growth targets. We experienced 39% revenue growth month after month in 2020 and we’re not planning to slow down.
  • Translating ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
  • Analysing, recommending and leading the implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Keeping abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing
  • Identifying industry trends and insights
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance

Qualifications and requirements

  • +2 years of previous working experience with hands-on digital marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and paid social media advertisement
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
