With direct reference to the company's Head of Growth, the Senior Paid Specialist collaborates with the Brand & Growth team, to deliver on our ambitious growth targets - we experienced 39% month over month revenue growth in 2020 and we’re not planning to slow down.
As a Senior Paid Social Specialist at Nøie, you will be a part of a well-driven growth machine built on experiments and feature testing. We’re inspired by the working principles from Reforge and Growth Tribe.

An experienced digital marketer with a proven track record of profitable scaling
We’re looking for a person who is passionate about digital marketing, is driven by data and enjoys working with passionate colleagues. You have a keen business sense, and you always keep an eye on where your work has the greatest economic impact.
Your responsibilities
You’ll take on the responsibility for driving top-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product and business objectives. You’ll therefore be responsible for thinking, conceptualising and conducting end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns with the objective of generating higher revenues at the lowest CAC.

- Advertising in Snapchat, Pinterest and TikTok
- Google Ads, Youtube, Display and Search.
- Google Analytics
- Our own dashboards and prediction models

Your responsibilities
You’ll take on the responsibility for driving top-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product and business objectives. You’ll therefore be responsible for thinking, conceptualising and conducting end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns with the objective of generating higher revenues at the lowest CAC.
In other words, your tasks will include:
- Developing and forming Paid social strategies
- Managing week-to-week budget allocation to maintain our growth and always improving our CAC, AOV and CLV.
- Participate in the development of our own tools and models for managing and learning from our data
- Managing a monthly +1M ad spend
- Content strategy in collaboration with Brand in all paid channels
- Analyse and keep improving paid performance
- Reporting on results and insights
- Continuous optimisation of Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest campaigns
- Always on top of the latest trends within Paid Social and e-commerce
Qualifications and requirements
- At least 2 years experience with Paid from agency or major webshop
- Have a commercial mindset in a B2C e-commerce environment
- A self-driven and structured approach to your work
- Strong in written and oral communication in English
- Expert in Facebook Ads, Analytics and attribution
- Comfortable working with Google Analytics
- Experience in larger international account setups is a must
