We are looking for a global brand manager with a solid strategic and creative understanding of how to build, steer and manage great brands as well as how to drive successful brand communications and initiatives to drive reputational growth and stakeholder engagement

You will be responsible for supporting our global organisation to both be on brand today and continue to build and grow the brand for tomorrow.
Other key tasks include – but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement creative strategies, solutions and processes for projects and initiatives.
• Strengthen and improve existing brand strategy, governance and support approach
• Supporting global brand implementation in case of merger and acquisitions
• Managing and executing Corporate internal and external events
• Ensuring our global organization’s effective implementation of the Maersk brand
You are a strong advocate for brands and branding. You are a convincing storyteller and you proactively seek out opportunities. You have a voice and feel confident in sharing your input and views and leading discussions and putting up your hand for new tasks and opportunities.
To succeed is this role you are truly an insight and data driven person and intuitive problem solver.
Apart from your brand, marketing and communications “tool-box”, you have project management experience and experience in managing physical and virtual events from concept to execution together with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Ideally, you hold a university degree in marketing/communication or similar and have solid experience working in a global matrix organization and/or relevant agency experience for global clients.
Furthermore you:
• Enjoy being creative and collaborating with different stakeholders to find solutions and new approaches
• Take a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving to find great solutions quickly
• Are a strong team player and natural collaborator with strong inter-personal skills
• Have experience with digital marketing tools, platforms and channels, which helps you bring innovation into planning and execution
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbally and in writing)
