As an insights manager you will gain broad business knowledge of the company’s activities globally, as well as understand how customer centricity is transforming the transport and logistics business.

You will be responsible for continuing to mature and deliver a strong marketing effectiveness improvement agenda, working closely with teams in marketing, digital sales, and more widely in the business to build a clear understanding of marketing impact, set clear marketing and campaign objectives, and drive robust management of marketing performance.
You will be as comfortable working with marketing managers to anchor campaign and marketing objectives in top-down business strategy as you are deep diving in the analysis to pull out the key performance insights. You will set analytical direction for in-house or agency analysts and also be able to roll up your sleeves and dig into analyses yourself.
It is key that we democratise our insights and effectiveness data, and you will drive a roadmap to put the right data, tools, and analytical resources in the hands of marketing managers so they can continuously drive improvements to the effectiveness of their campaigns.
You will deal with knotty, challenging problems requiring strategic thinking. Your ability to coach and foster collaboration will be key, along with an ability to present and enlighten others about your findings, at the top and bottom of the organisation.
A candidate with demonstrable experience putting in place and driving marketing effectiveness improvement in a B2B organisation across a range of media and digital touchpoints
You are strategically minded and expert at structured problem-solving, able to break problems into component pieces.
You are analytically minded and numerate, able to set analytical direction for agency partners and also roll up sleeves and personally deep dive in data to draw out key insights.
You are a people person that builds strong relationships and recognises and incorporates the perspectives of others and you deliver in-line with the expectations you set.
You are as happy shaping the strategic direction as you are mucking-in to the daily tasks.
As a person you are confidently and defensibly be able to present your direction and you believe in an evidence-based, continuous improvement culture.
You thrive in an environment that is undergoing large change.
