I love Luca is Italian brand with 3 lovely restaurants in the portfolio. Each of them have been developed with focus on Italian culture, its cuisine and the passion of its people.

We are looking for at driven, passionate and committed candidate to take over the role as a marketing manager of the Luca brand.

The marketing manager is responsible for securing the success of the Luca brand by creating and coordinating marketing material that is in line with the core values of Luca, and is in charge of the local anchoring of each of the restaurants by understanding the similarities and differences from the other restaurants and the overall brand.
The marketing manager is also in charge of ensuring that all restaurant managers are equipped to execute local campaigns and events, and to secure that sales targets are met. The Marketing Manager will be refering to the Line Director.

Our perfect candidate has:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role
  • The ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently
  • Experience or interest in Italian cuisine and culture
  • Solid PR, partnership and collaboration background
  • Experienced in creating fun (events)
  • Excellent communication and project creation skills
  • Content creation skills, and a good eye for capturing the essence of Luca
  • Experience with Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator and photo shop)
  • Experience with Wordpress
  • The experience to perform at a high level with the support of a leadership team


Main areas of responsibility
  • Set, agree, and report on KPIs, related to marketing channels and sales
  • Take ownership of marketing budget, and track all spend
  • Create and drive annual plans and campaigns
  • Maintainance and development of systems supporting operations – Webshop, website, POS, booking etc.


Other responsibilities
  • Use centralized marketing material and adjusts to add local relevance
  • Incorporate partner marketing budgets to all strategies and events.
  • Collaboration with booking in online guest journey and booking flow
  • Online and in house visual identity
  • Guest relations: Organizing and responding to guest feedback
  • Creating, scheduling and following up on content for Social media according to brand identity and annual plan
  • Organising and planning events. Being present in units before and during events to brief staff and follow up on the excecution of events.
