Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and experienced Restaurant Concept Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our restaurant concept, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and increasing revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the restaurant concept, including advertising, promotions, events, social media, and other channels.
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets to secure coverage for the restaurant concept.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to develop and execute events and promotions that align with the brand's values and goals.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity, and use this information to inform marketing strategy and tactics.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign results to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as menu development, operations, and finance, to ensure marketing initiatives align with the overall business strategy and goals.
Qualifications:
- Marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in hotel, restaurant or retail marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various channels.
- Experience with event planning and promotion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry and consumer behavior trends.
