We are currently looking for a skilled Social Media Manager with an eye for the
communicative perspective. Who can run the day-to-day operation of our social media
channels together with our other communities’ email, Facebook etc.
The Sleep Lab launched in 2019 with a mission to help everyone around the world sleep
better while creating an awesome community for our customers and employees. The
company is backed by four Danish serial entrepreneurs, who have built some of the largest
DTC companies in Europe. So as a company, we believe that work should be filled with
awesome individuals, who contribute to a strong social culture, celebrate diversity, and take
pride in their work.
You'll work in close cooperation with our marketing team, and our brand representative to
help expand our brand presence across medias. You need to have sales in mind through your
work with the social channels, as well as in communication with our customers through
newsletters etc.
Furthermore, you’ll get to be a part of a creative and dynamic team in a highly ambitious

Skills needed to succeed
● Experience with engaging and nurturing an Instagram community on a daily basis
● Experience with creating content for social media
● Know how to optimize presence across social media channels and create brand
attention
● Know how to set up a mail flow
● Ensure all communication is aligned with the company vision and values
● Challenge how we do things, identify new opportunities, and suggest new concepts
● Be creative in your language so only the imagination sets limits
● Can handle having more than one thing going on.
