The brand is growing significantly. Our headquarter and showroom is located in beautiful offices at Österbro, Copenhagen.
THE POSITION
Dea Kudibal is looking for an experienced PR & Marketing Manager to develop our brand further internationally.
Our existing PR & Marketing Manager is moving on to an exciting internal role and we are looking for a new Head of PR & Marketing to build and develop the brand internationally. You will be part of an experienced and talented, strong passionated team. The role reports to our CEO.

Our existing PR & Marketing Manager is moving on to an exciting internal role and we are looking for a new Head of PR & Marketing to build and develop the brand internationally. You will be part of an experienced and talented, strong passionated team. The role reports to our CEO.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Plan and execute PR & Marketing strategy to develop the brand internationally
- Develop inspiring 360 degrees campaigns and creative brand initiatives making the brand stand out. This includes implementation of 4 annual image shootings and seasonal content shootings
- Secure consistent style and tone across all touchpoints in cooperation with creative partners
- Plan and manage the content calendar with engaging and creative content on all relevant SoMe platforms and secure engagement and reach grows continuously
- Engage with relevant agencies and international influencers and develop a community of strong brand ambassadors
- Close cooperation with international agency partners – content & Influencer agencies and our current creative partners
- Management of PR & Marketing coordinator and marketing freelancer
- Close cooperation with inhouse e-com team to secure alignment on campaigns and consistency
PROFILE
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience with marketing & PR management including solid experience with SoMe management
- Creative and visonary with international brand building experience, ideally from fashion or lifestyle brands
- Structured and self-driven with contagious energy and positive mindset
- Great team player – you thrive with working closely with many people and functions
- Solid experience in Microsoft Office package
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration or similar education
- Strong communication skills. Fluency in Danish and English
