Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Assistant will support our marketing team with the planning and execution of communication activities and digital projects within areas such as SEO, SEM, web, social media and content marketing. Besides coordinating our many different marketing activities, an essential part of the position will also be to assist with the planning of both fairs, events and exhibitions.
You´ll be part of an agile customer centric marketing team and report directly to our Nordic Lubricants Sales Manager. We offer an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and international work environment so if you enjoy challenges, this is for you.

In essence you can look forward to
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external communication
- Preparation of newsletters and company presentations
- Marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Co-marketing activities with our key accounts
- Planning and execution of fairs, events and exhibitions
- Development of POS and promotion materials
In addition, you will also be involved in
- Update and maintenance of website
- Launch of new website targeting all our Nordic markets (new content and structure)
- SEO including content creation, technical optimization and UX
- Optimization of Google Adds including text, images, media spend, target groups and keyword definition
- Creation of communication plans and content for Facebook and LinkedIn
- Monitorization and tracking of KPIs (Google Analytics/Piano, Accuranker, Google Ads/Looker, Emplifi)
