DinnerBooking is a Danish-owned IT-based company that provides a market-leading online booking system for restaurants and the leading restaurant guest site in the Nordics. Today we manage bookings for over 1300 restaurants and have 20M yearly guests in Europe, and we are growing.
Your Role:
As our new Growth Marketer, you will have a unique opportunity to lay the foundation for our B2B sales across Europe through a data driven marketing strategy. You will build on our already existing B2B site biz.dinnerbooking.com to create inbound leads as well as organising outbound campaigns together with our B2B content writer.
Working closely with the sales team, you will help optimise our sales through data-driven strategies to convert website visitors into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
Together with our content creators, you will use your content marketing knowledge to ensure that we have enough high-value content to support our visitors across the entire buyer's journey.
Your expertise in the buyer's funnel, Google Analytics, SOME, online conversions, etc., will be essential in making sure that our B2B marketing campaigns deliver a high ROAS.

As our new Growth Marketer, you will become a part of the Marketing team, which currently consists of dedicated employees from Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia and England. Our head office is in Copenhagen near the Amagerbro Metro station.

Responsibilities:
- Support our go-to-market B2B strategy in different markets and establish the processes and tools needed to execute it.
- Defining and managing B2B marketing campaigns from start to finish, including market research, campaign monitoring and optimisation, budget management, A/B testing, and audience monitoring.
- Creating and optimising new landing pages for your marketing campaigns.
- Measuring and optimising the buyer’s funnel.
- Working together with our sales and management team to translate technical features into user benefits.
- Working together with our content producers to ensure that our user's journey is filled with relevant content that drives conversions (this includes coordinating the production of blog posts, case studies, testimonials, newsletters, videos, and social media content).
- Creating marketing performance reports that accurately calculate ROAS of the B2B marketing campaigns.
- Setting up processes to continuously learn and optimise from the incoming data.
You:
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Understand the difference between the bottom-funnel and the top-funnel campaign.
- Know the main characteristics of a converting landing page.
- Have a large toolkit under your belt, especially Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, and Ahrefs.
- Have experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM system.
- Data-driven and know your way around metrics, lead scoring, and tracking.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Consider problems as opportunities.
- English-speaking, fluent in both speaking and writing.
