Ceate and develop campaigns to continuously improve the Pandora brand
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering campaign content and assets for the Global Business Unit Style & Upstream Innovation. In close collaboration with different parts of the business, you will set the direction for content creation and take responsibility for layouts, look and feel and consistency across the Pandora consumer communications. You will work directly with Go-To-Market Teams and market clusters, setting the direction and having a view on branding and layout to ensure consistency of communications.

As part of this, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Create campaigns by delivering content and assets that can be rolled out globally and across channels
  • Build strong relationships with the rest of the organisation to deliver content to different channels and market clusters
  • Develop insight and gain an understanding of how to continuously improve in order to build the Pandora brand
  • Understand and follow company priorities

Your new team
Sitting in what is effectively an internal agency, you will collaborate closely with the Brand Manager, Brand Design and Production team in your work with creating campaigns that can be rolled out globally. You will also work directly with the Go-To-Market teams to set the direction for content creation that can live across channels. And to gain the knowledge you need to drive forward our results and continuously improve the Pandora Brand, you will also work with various market clusters.

Team player and brand guardian
As key member of the Brand Identity & Communications team, you will understand how to navigate a large, global organisation in a period of transformation and growth whilst living the company purpose of giving ‘a voice to people’s loves – passions, people and places’. As such, you are able to balance corporate life with an ability to behave as an individual and possess self-belief while listening to the opinions of others.

In your daily work, you are known to combine the rigour of consumer insight with a truly creative lens – a mix of science/brain (consumer insights, tools/processes, data) and art/gut (visual and creative flair). You are ambitious and curious and you are always looking to drive forward the areas you are responsible for. We also hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:

  • A degree within Marketing or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of best-in-class marketing experience, preferably from an advertising agency working with FMCG and global clients
  • Project management skills and proven experience of managing campaign work from A to B at time/cost/fit for use
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
