Can you combine user journey understanding and tactical use of marketing automation?

Take our automated e-mail marketing to the next level
Your overall objective is to generate leads. You will do so via coupling of your understanding of various user journeys and your knowledge of how to use marketing automation as tactical tool in this context. You will be responsible for our automated e-mail marketing with Pardot as your primary tool. Founded on the customers’ experience, you build and execute email campaigns and programs – hands-on. Your primary tasks will be to:
- Think and design user journey/customer centred frameworks for marketing automation
- Build and execute e-mail campaigns and programs
- Create flows, newsletters, landing pages and handle database segmentations
- Maintain the e-mail calendar and scheduling of all global automation efforts
- Assist with execution of key processes in Pardot and Salesforce (CRM), including lead scoring, data cleaning, segmentations, lead lifecycle management and attributions
- Become superuser in Pardot and train and support colleagues in the organization in the area of Automation (Pardot)
- Handle A/B testing & optimization
We have been working with automated e-mail marketing for several years and accelerated our efforts in 2020, but now we want to make a serious leap forward and take to the next level – with you as the key driver. You must be aware, that you not will find a complete manual with all the answers. You are the one to ask the right questions and with your natural curiosity find the answers. Naturally, we will make fails on the way, but just as long as you and we learn together, we believe failure is the best way to succeed in the long run.
Curious driver for on-going optimizations and smarter ways of working
We are looking for a profile that can imagine the optimal user journey first and then afterwards use the tools to make it happen. You like to work hands-on, but at the same time you must have a natural drive for optimization and constantly challenge the existing by asking why we are doing so and so, when you feel it can be done in a smarter way. It is also very important that you like to create results as part of a team where knowledge sharing and constructive feedback are a foundation for success. Finally, you must be comfortable in an environment where the only constant is change. Milestone is evolving. Rapidly and always. Added to this, your CV comprises:
- Minimum a year of experience within Marketing Automation Software
- Experience from and interest for automated marketing based on user journeys
- Hands-on skills in a Marketing Automation Software system and related ability to become superuser in Pardot
- Maybe HTML skills and the ability to build e-mail templates – not a requirement for applying
- Good communication skills in English, written and spoken – the corporate language is English
