Marketing Excellence Manager

You will be working with many different countries across markets, cultures, and perspectives - in close collaboration with awesome and purpose driven colleagues. For this role, you will be based at the Demant headquarters, a half-an-hour S-train ride away from the Copenhagen city Centre.

You will be part of a newly established Marketing Excellence team in Group Marketing. We are an ambitious team, with the plan to grow over time. As it is a new team you will have the opportunity to influence our services and processes as well as apply and develop your skills further. You will be working with a strong local marketing team and draw on our specialist consultants in CRM, MarTech, Marketing analytics, Digital Marketing, Brand & Communication in Group Marketing as well as Hearing Care IT and Commercial excellence.
You will have responsibility of your own portfolio of markets, where you together with them will identify opportunities for growth, align on marketing strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders, optimize processes, build marketing excellence, and secure value realization.
Your profile
To succeed in the role, you will need a profound understanding of marketing and business, a strong commercial, analytical, and data-driven mindset, combined with a positive can-do attitude, motivated by motivating others to drive change and challenge the status.
You have a high integrity, and a trust-based approach which enables you to build strong relationships and work effectively across multiple cultures and different market needs. You have experience in working in a matrix organization and acknowledge the importance of stakeholder management to ensure engagement and commitment and drive progress.
Furthermore…
- You have some years of experience as a Marketing Management consultant consulting larger international clients - or you have experience from a global management consulting role in an international company consulting local markets.
- You find pleasure in conducting workshops, developing, coordinating, and driving action plans with concrete goals and objectives together with a team.
- You are a structured person, planning and following -up on plans in due time to drive the change.
- You are an advanced user in retrieving data from business intelligence systems to conduct gap analysis and get the needed insights for an action plan.
- You have excellent English skills, as this is our corporate language.
- You are open to travel up to 10-20 days a year.
- You have a relevant master’s degree with Marketing or Business.
