Job Description
Danfoss Cooling - Electronic Controls & Services (EC&S), Solution Marketing is looking for a Solutions Launch Manager in Kolding or Nordborg. EC&S is one of Danfoss’ key business divisions and a global market leader providing smart end-to-end IoT offerings, ranging from connectivity and electronic controllers to services that help HVAC/Refrigeration customers across the cold chain to automate their infrastructure and optimize their energy spent.
As responsible for the segment solution value proposition, your role is to drive the implementation of our current portfolio and new product releases to the global market and support the EC&S strategy deployment. This is executed in coordination with global functions (i.e. product managers and marketing communication), regional stakeholders (i.e. regional sales directors and marketing) and customers. You are also responsible for coordinating customer visits, training and exhibition, as well as participating in industry activities, such as association events and conferences. Overall, one of your main tasks is clearly to articulate our value proposition to the different stakeholders – the different customers segments, sales organization and management.
As a person, you are proactive and self-driven. You are outgoing, open-minded and a good team player who can interact with others, across borders and cultures and at all levels. Furthermore, you have a strategic mindset.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have a Master’s degree in Marketing or similar education or a technical background combined with extensive marketing experience, as well as:

- Min. 5 years’ sales or marketing experience within electronics/automation/
- digital/services applied to Energy/HVAC/Refrigeration industries
- Experience with building value proposition
- Experience from working in a global matrix organization (learned to navigate)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in creating growth strategies and working with and through teams to achieve set goals
- Fluent and comprehensive in English
