Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a Regional HRIS Specialist, who will be responsible for the HR master data structure and correlation between data to different HR platforms, processes and non-HR platforms. This includes quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness and usability including for core systems and related interfaces. You will have the opportunity to do planning, project coordination and management for the development and operation of our regional HRIS landscape while also facilitating efficient, cost-effective operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization through automation, robotics and digitalization.

Background and skills
There is more than one way into this position, but in order for you to handle the challenges in this particular job, we expect you to have a relevant education and solid experience within HR and/or IT. You have significant knowledge of HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone on Demand) and Excel, including a strong understanding of HR processes programs and employee master data. You must also have excellent communication and analytical skills.
Your track record shows good stakeholder and project management skills: implementing, driving projects and initiatives, demonstrating benefits of projects to the organization, and translating customer and business needs into technical requirements. This is emphasized by your strong focus on Employee Experience.
On a more personal note, you have a customer service focused mindset with a clear ‘can do’ attitude to all levels in the organization. You have a strong drive and the capability to influence, engage and partner appropriately, which enables you to build relations and cooperate across a corporate structure in a global and matrixed setup. In addition, you can work independently while your structured way of working permits you to work holistically and pay attention to detail at the same time.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and directing all functions within the scope of the core HRIS.
- Ensuring the most efficient and responsive HRIS support setup
- Working and coordinating with Regional HR Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure that daily operation is running successfully with global data and processes.
- Ensuring challenges are addressed and improving and standardizing common ways of working
- Defining and implementing HR system policies, procedures and best practices (related to education, communication and training) to create/drive operational efficiencies.
- Supporting our Performance Management Process and be a subject matter expert, having detailed knowledge of the process, principles, system and reports.
