Director to lead our Product Marketing Support & Graphic Solutions teams in Global Marketing


Are you an experienced leader from a global organisation? Are you up for getting the responsibility for the marketing part of our P2M processes? Would you like to work in a large international company supporting 4 Hearing aid brands for countries all over the world? If so, you might be our new Director for 2 teams in Global Marketing; Product Marketing Support and Graphic Solutions – with a job location at Demant’s HQ in Smørum.

Product Marketing Support and Graphic Solutions supports the whole Hearing Instrument Group organisation. You will get a lot of stakeholders and you will be the ambassador for Global Marketing in different processes and tracks.

You will become a member of the Leadership Team in Global Marketing and you will work in close and cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders from both Marketing, the brand organisations, and other parts of our P2M and G2M organization. Your main role is to be the representative for Global Marketing in our P2M activities and support the G2M marketing deliverables.

Furthermore, you will be focusing on:

  • Define goals and determine the optimal course towards achieving our goals
  • Manage and develop the two competent teams (+20) and their managers
  • Provide ongoing support and development of your teams
  • Manage capacity and prioritize deliveries together with the two managers
  • Continuous improvement, streamlining and structuring of key processes

In addition to being a leader for two managers and member of the Global Marketing Leadership Team, you will take part in different professional forums and lead a number of projects. As a result, experience and strong competencies within leadership and project management is relevant and a valuable background for being successful in the position.

Global Marketing plays an important role in our overall value chain. In your role as Director you will help to influence, change and set the direction, so that Demant succeeds with our goals. Your ability to think and act strategically and execute on strategies will be essential.

You will be working with a large group of different people across the organisation and across countries so your ability to involve and engage key stakeholders will be of great importance.

Qualifications & experience

In order to succeed in this position, you also need to have:

  • Solid experience working in a global organisation
  • Leader for leader experience and strong leadership skills
  • Experience with and understand P2M processes
  • Experience from MedTech industry and with regulatory processes will be an advantage
  • Have a commercial mindset and a technical understanding
  • Have an open mind and preferably experience in working across different cultures
  • Constructive mindset and a good sense of humour
  • Be fluent in English
