Marketing Activation Manager (Maternity Cover)

Then join our Marketing Activation & Events team and get the opportunity to become part of the 'engine room' of running a global hearing aids manufacturer. As Market Activation Manager you will become a key player in the process of developing and implementing global marketing campaigns towards both users of hearing aids and professionals.

Welcome to Marketing Activation & Events
Marketing Activation & Events is a team under the Commercial Operations function. Including you we will be six people in the team. We work on a mix of event related projects & tasks as well as launches & campaigns. Despite the diversity of what we do in the team we are united by the desire to help people who are hard of hearing and deliver commercial impact from our individual initiatives. You will be reporting to the Director Commercial Operations.

Your main tasks

  • Campaign project management including creation of campaign timelines
  • Ensuring strong communication of campaign toolboxes towards markets (i.e., via Go-to-Market Plans, Marketing/POS Catalogues etc.)
  • Stakeholder management and alignment across global teams
  • Ongoing support to sales companies to ensure best possible local launches
  • Actively participating in following up on the implementation of campaigns in our markets to identify areas of improvement
  • Supporting campaign optimization projects (i.e., communication flows, platforms, and processes)

Your qualifications
You come along with a Bachelor or Master in a related field together with a minimum of 2 years of work experience. You thrive in a complex organization where it is imperative that you are open and able to build strong relationships. You have worked at an advertising agency or a large global organization where you have developed your marketing, campaign, and communications toolbox.
Keeping deadlines and being transparent on the progress comes natural to you. And finally, you have a good experience in PowerPoint and Excel and are fluent in oral and written English.
