As the leader of our “User Experience & Product Ownership” team, you will leverage your people management skills to lead a team of 7 experienced and highly motivated project leaders/product owners, who manage and lead consumer engagement solutions, 5D projects (drug, data, device, diagnostics, digital), and digital engagement tools across Novo Nordisk.
Your responsibilities will include:Setting the strategic direction for the team Ensuring support from senior stakeholders across the organization Driving and cultivating a highly motivated team through effective leadership and engagement strategies Leading the implementation of one of our Must-win-battles: Creating superior treatment experience and adherence for Health Care Professionals and People living With (overweight or) Obesity to enable outcomes, by developing patient support solutions, Integrated Treatment solutions, and identifying and implementing new business models The team works closely with internal stakeholders from Digital Health, Digital Data & IT, and Development project teams in the obesity therapeutic areas, as well as external partners outside Novo Nordisk.This position is based in Søborg, and you must be able to work from this location. Some traveling might be expected (around 10%).Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we imagine that you have:An academic degree in a relevant area, e.g. related to product development or IT. Some years of experience with people management (and passion for helping others develop) and several years of experience working with cross-functional projects. Experience with driving the development of Digital Solutions, preferably within Digital Health, and with multiple development tracks simultaneously to benefit learnings, and generate engagement data across. Proficiency in stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively collaborate and negotiate with diverse internal and external partners at all levels of the organization. Knowledge and experience from working in start-ups, scale-ups, and agile teams is a plus, as well as experience with budget ownership. As a person, you have excellent strategic and analytical skills, great communication and presentation skills, and you are capable of engaging and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.About the department

In the Obesity Therapeutic area, the mission is to make obesity a healthcare priority and develop a leading portfolio of superior treatment solutions for all people living with obesity to improve public health and individual well-being.
