Retail Trade Marketing Specialist in Global Marketing
Georg Jensen is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Specialist who will join the Global Marketing team.
Georg Jensen has a leading market position in the high-end Jewellery market and premium Home Product market with distribution to the best retailers in the market. They strive to protect a strong brand position to ensure customers continue to be inspired by Georg Jensen products.
The role
The Trade Marketing Specialist develops Georg Jensen’s global retail trade activation framework and toolbox in accordance with the overall business strategy and company objectives. The trade framework and toolbox will support local markets in developing activation locally, while ensuring global alignment and that brand standards are kept.
You will report to the Trade Marketing Manager and work closely with a Trade Marketing Planner, Visual Merchandising and other central functions. The trade function supports Retail and Wholesale across all product categories with fully aligned trade activation and programmes.
In addition, the Trade Marketing Specialist is the direct daily support to Retail Europe encompassing activation initiatives, planning, and execution.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Define global activation mechanisms and framework.
- Develop trade marketing plans and activation for retail Europe.
- With the Visual Merchandising team execute activities and events in selected European stores.
- Create and constantly expand assets and template toolbox.
- Define and facilitate the development of trade assets for campaigns and product launches.
- Provide seasonal briefs, develop instore events and experiences for local markets to execute.
Your Profile:
You’re an experienced trade marketeer, with a passion for brand activation. The ideal candidate has experience from a comparable position and a degree in marketing.
Your competences:
- Expertise in brand building development and execution of trade marketing activities.
- Has international experience in developing retail activation.
- Comprehensive project management skills and confident in leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and In-design.
- Results driven with focus on driving growth.
- Ambitious & self-driven with a creative mindset.
- Hands-on type of person, who strives for constant improvement.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
