EASA B1/B2 license + Management experience + Multitasking talent = look hereSkyways Technics A/S is looking for a Duty Manager for our Base Maintenance operation at our facility in Billund, Denmark
Your main responsibility will be to support and manage the heavy base maintenance activities in Billund as the Base Maintenance Manager’s on-site deputy.
Responsibilities:
To support and manage the heavy base maintenance and workshop activities in Billund.
Optimize the daily production and ensure on-time delivery in base maintenance in Billund by allocating the available resources based on the agreed priorities.
Frequent technical coordination with Line Maintenance Manager, Work Shop Manager and Technical Services Manager
Implement the future strategy for the Billund hangar in collaboration with Skyways Technics management.
Ensure that maintenance is performed in accordance with internal guidelines and in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
Manage base maintenance staff in Billund on a daily basis to ensure required availability to support production.
Requirements:
It is a requirement that you hold a B1/B2 EASA license or aircraft engineering degree. Furthermore, it will be desirable that you have knowledge and official training on EASA Part 145 Legislation.
To succeed in the role as Duty Manager you must have experience with supervision and /or management of staff.
You are used to working with high-quality standards and you have a flexible and commercial mind set.
Your approach to task solving is systematic and you excel in both time management and multitasking.
As a person, you are enthusiastic and motivated. Your positive attitude makes you thrive in a dynamic work environment and you enjoy meeting deadlines and tackling challenges.
Our cooperate language is English thus you must speak and write English excellently.
