Power Solutions Turbine Solutions Technology & Portfolio Management TS Portfolio Mgmt. & Value Chain Board
You will be a part of Technology & Portfolio Management team responsible for the product roadmap process. We are a part of team determining products for the future. Technology & Portfolio Management team is a small ambitious team consisting of a Director, Specialist and you, but with a broad interaction with the rest of the organisation.

Responsibilities
As Technical Lead, you will function as a project manager and drive the development of required simulation tool supporting product roadmap feasibility study regards to estimating cost, performance and LCOE.

Responsibilities
As Technical Lead, you will function as a project manager and drive the development of required simulation tool supporting product roadmap feasibility study regards to estimating cost, performance and LCOE.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Project responsible for development of simulation tool (cost, performance and LCOE)
- Responsible for securing correct requirements with simulation
- Secure a strong link between project org. product and module leads
- Secure the right technical solution together with the module leads
Qualifications
To succeed with above responsibilities, we expect you to have the following background and experience:
- Technical background within simulation
- Wind Turbine Generator technical understanding and experience
- Project Management experience 2-3 years
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Competencies
- Ambitious and passioned about making a difference
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to establish a great relation to many different stakeholders
- Open to engage in process governance and improvement initiatives
- Able to cope with change and work in a high pace environment
- Great communication skills
