Group Finance Reporting & Compliance IT Business Partnering & Financial Controlling
Group Reporting is part of Global Finance. You will report to the Head of Group Reporting.
The IT Business Partnering and Financial Controlling team is part of the Group Finance organisation. Our team is a control and support function for the Global IT CIO and his reports. We are responsible for being trusted financial business partners in the Global IT area, i.e. consolidating and supporting with financial overview, reporting, analysis, budgets and control.
Your main tasks will be related to further financially develop and support the Project Portfolio area in IT from project initiation to value harvesting. You will step into a team consisting of two experienced Financial Business Partners who will support you and enable you to excel in this role. Core financial tools and services are provided by our Global Finance function - you will be working as a link between Global Finance, Global IT and other Business units.

Responsibilities
Together with your IT Financial Business Partner colleagues, and in close dialogue with the business, you will have the following areas of responsibility:
- Continuously improving the project portfolios' financial control and processes
- Ensure that Global IT is in full control regarding cost, financial forecasts and budgets
- Bridge the finance processes to the strategic targets
- Further development of the IT Project funding model in Vestas including Charge Back to Business Units
- Proactively engage with and manage your stakeholders in the Global IT management team, and the IT Project Managers
- Participate in monthly controlling and reporting to ensure quality and timeliness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Business or similar
- Preferably a couple of years' experience from a similar role
- Understanding of how to work with SAP, Business Intelligence, Project tools and methods
- Advanced IT skills in general, and excellent MS Excel skills
- Proficiency in English both verbally and written
