About the Global Finance graduate programme
Working at Novo Nordisk provides the opportunity to make a significant difference to patients and society while also delivering exciting results from a business perspective. Moreover, we provide personal and professional development through:

The position
During the 2-year programme, you will complete four 6-month-rotations across Novo Nordisk finance functions. As part of three rotations at the global headquarters in Denmark and one rotation abroad you will be involved in a variety of tasks. This is an example of how your journey as a Global Finance Graduate could look like:
- Rotation 1 – Sales Analysis & Insights, HQ
Perform sales analysis and make recommendations for the financial outlook
- Rotation 2 – Novo Nordisk Management Consulting, HQ
Work on projects across the value chain such as product launches
- Rotation 3 – Novo Nordisk, Inc., US
Forecast sales and analyse the market dynamics of the biggest pharma market
- Rotation 4 – Corporate Treasury, HQ
Manage our global affiliates funding needs and be part of bank negotiations

Qualifications
To apply for the Global Finance graduate programme, you should have:
- A master’s degree from 2019 or 2020 in a relevant subject, for example finance, economics, business administration, accounting or management accounting
- International experience from working, studying or voluntary work
- Relevant work experience and involvement in extracurricular activities
- Proactive mind-set to take up individual ownership to drive projects and initiatives
- Excellent academic achievements
- Professional fluency in English and be globally mobile
