Global IT Vestas Solutions Enterprise Platforms SAP Platform

  • The Enterprise Platform Teams is part of Vestas Global IT, covering the SAP platform
  • SAP development and SAP integration APP & API where we develop and run more than 100 Apps and 800 interfaces.
  • SAP Basis where we run & manage 120+ SAP systems.
  • User Experience enabling to capture business requirements and ensure adoption of solutions.
  • Test and Release management across all IT functions is also a part of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities towards design and architecture of new solutions to ensure quality workthat are sustainable, scalable and easy to maintain
  • Govern, describe and development of our SAP Development Guidelines and Code Review processes in collaboration with your colleagues in the SAP Development Team
  • Participatation in strategic project as an SAP Developer
  • Describe and supervise development done by 3rd party contractors

Qualifications
You are:

  • Able to handle many issues at the same time (multi-tasking)
  • An open-minded team-oriented member with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Able to contribute effectively with the continuous improvement of the SAP platform
  • Committed and patient with the ability to prioritize – also in a time-sensitive setting
  • Structured, result oriented and robust
  • Able to work collaboratively with both internal and external partners


Competencies

  • You have a few to several years of experience with SAP ABAP development and knowledge of general SAP development tools
  • Experience with UI5, Fiori, OData
  • ABAP/4 Object programming
  • Experience with SAP Hana is beneficial
  • Experience with SAP BW extractors/queries and java script is beneficial
  • B.Sc. in Computer Engineering or B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar
  • Professional English language skills (written and spoken)

Additional information
The primary work location will be Aarhus N, Denmark.
You should expect up to 20 days of annual travel activity.
