The working hours are 28-37 hours a week enabling you to combine an internship with lectures at
university, project work or writing your bachelor / master’s thesis. It is an opportunity for a unique learning experience and a chance to

About the Department
You get the opportunity to join a high performing team in Bagsværd, Denmark, which plays a crucial role in ensuring a high
competence level with the employees in the production of diabetes finished products and thereby safeguarding quality products for our
patients. In close collaboration with Line of Business and Management, we establish training strategies for employees and offer key
support tactics and sparring to Line of Business in the area of staff development, competence management and process optimization.
Subsequently we support and/or carry out implementation of the training strategies and optimization, regionally and locally.
The Position
You will be responsible for enhancing the query portfolio between us and our Global Business Services abroad, optimizing the versatility of the services provided to us and thereby ensuring a high-quality end user experience for our line of business. In this role you will cooperate with our team abroad and together with them commence working towards a more automatized future, investigate in possible process optimizations in our current IT data, contribute to keeping our competence management tools up to date and work with inquiries from Line of Business on an ad-hoc basis.
- Internship period: 6 months
- Working hours: 28-37 hours a week
- Start date: 1 July 2020 or 1 August 2020
- Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
- A Danish full time work permit is required
Qualifications
We are looking for an intern with a passion for process- and IT optimization. You are currently studying for your bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, software technology, process optimization, behavioral designing or another relevant field. We prefer if you already have general knowledge about IT design and key methodologies related to process optimization. We expect you to master both English and Danish, verbally as well as in writing as you will be communicating in English with our Global Business Services in India. Furthermore, we expect you to have stakeholder management skills together with the ability to navigate complex information and handle a large volume of tasks (with supervision).
As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive, problem-solving mindset and most importantly, a can-do attitude. Your ambitions and strong interpersonal skills assist you in creating productive relations across profession levels and geography, and you bring a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. We expect you to be helpful, service minded, that you thrive in a busy environment and that you are great at focusing on solutions and opportunities.
