Supply Chain Planner in IFP, Bagsværd

About the Department
You will be part of IFP at Bagsværd, which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 800 employees producing marketed insulin and obesity products for patients around the world.
You will be positioned in Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement. The team manages all Operational Planning, Finance and Procurement Partnering at the site. We are responsible for production planning, creating supply chain analysis and measuring supply chain activities for our filling- and inspection lines. The departments’ primary goal is to ensure timely deliveries to our customers and to make management recommendations ensuring the right strategic decisions regarding the capacity.
We always seek to systematically solve our problems, have an eye for the entire business and do our best to deliver despite any obstacles that cross our way. We are a small team who works closely together and support each other when needed. We are very informal and enjoy a good sense of humour.
About the Position
As our new Supply Chain Planner your overall objective is to ensure stable and reliable planning and continuously improving the supply chain. Your key responsibilities will include:
As it is a 24/7 production site, you will also be a part of a on call rotation with the other Supply Chain Planners outside working hours (from home) which rotates every week on a four-week schedule.

About the Position
As our new Supply Chain Planner your overall objective is to ensure stable and reliable planning and continuously improving the supply chain. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily supply chain planning of the filling and inspection lines
- Ensuring our products are delivered timely to meet our stakeholders demands
- Proactively delivering clear prioritizations and involve relevant stakeholders in case of constraints
- Coordinating supply chain challenges and tasks on the production site
- Capacity planning (production agreements, adjustments as part of RE and LE agreements) and alignment with S&OP
- Data analysis activities to ensure management oversight and support decision making
- Raw material forecast
- Supporting and driving projects in relation to projects

Qualifications
- B. Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Production Management/Engineering or similar and find yourself passionate about supply chain planning and logistics
- Min. 2 years' experience as a demand planner is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvement opportunities across the value chain
- Drive for improvement and optimizations of existing tasks
- Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of ERP-systems and visual communication is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English
