About the department
Local Manufacturing (LM) is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organisation, and our primary role is the establishment and operation of manufacturing sites in countries where local presence is required to obtain market access. We play a vital part in bringing product to patients worldwide, by ensuring an efficient supply chain both at our contract manufactures and local sites.
The Position
You support establishing structures of our processes and make sure we have the highest high level of compliance. You work with a wide span of stakeholders to equip our Operation Managers to keep delivering high quality products from our contract manufactures. You find innovative and acute solutions when needed, and continuously explore digital solutions to process improvement. The first task will be to map our current process landscape for our contract manufactures and support our operation managers in securing compliance at the CMOs.

As a person you work well both independently and in a team. You are excellent at identifying and providing solutions to complex problems and you approach tasks in curious, analytical and structured way. You are comfortable making decisions, challenging “status quo” and able to communicate this well.

The main tasks include
- Maintain and ensure compliance in the documentation shared with our contract manufactures.
- Drive changes within Supply Chain and Operations including coordination with relevant stakeholders, e.g.: Regulatory affairs, affiliate and contract manufactures
- Support innovative digital solutions towards our contract manufactures to support the journey of reaching the next level corporation.
- Being responsible for the link towards strategic sourcing within operations
- Drive the yearly re-evaluation process
Qualifications
- You hold a bachelor’s in business engineering, or similar field
- You have professional proficiency in both spoken and written English
- You are IT savvy and like to explore new digital solutions
- You communicate well with people from all backgrounds
