Do you want to play a central role in securing a highly effective and meaningful training-setup, as well as supporting the business in development of competences and training content? The position
As a new member of our training team, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders and target groups to secure optimal training and increasing human performance in our production facility. You will contribute with analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training expectations and secure daily business in a confident manner.
You will interact with your colleagues in production to secure effective, efficient, and compliant training within highly regulated work processes and you are able to demonstrate and visualize how training and competence development contributes to solving business challenges. You insist that learning solutions should always be kept simple, manageable, and engaging for the end-users and you are both persistent yet curious when experiencing resistance against change.
You will be coaching local trainers from line of business, so they will be qualified to consistently deliver training according to the current standards. An important task will be to guide your stakeholders in choosing training methods and activities and support them in developing efficient training. To do that, you will facilitate workshops, drive projects, carry-out process confirmation on training maturity and constantly applying a continuously improvement mindset to challenge your own team development of content as well as application of relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids.
Your main Responsibilities will be
Qualifications
You have a relevant academic background within learning, science, psychology or equivalent. and preferably experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation. It would be an advantage if you have experience from working in a regulated environment, e.g., within the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry.
Experience with Lean and/or behavioural design is an advantage.
The Department
You will be part of Injectable Finished Products, Site Bagsværd (IFP BA), which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 800 employees working day and night to produce marketed insulin, GLP-1, and obesity products for patients around the world. The training team is anchored in Business Support department, and the team consists of approx. 15 highly dedicated colleagues with broad experience and background within learning, development, and training. We appreciate a good and social working environment and believe that it must be fun and rewarding to meet at work. Our ambition is to be a highly valued stakeholder to line of business, with a high level of engagement.

- Managing and driving training related projects
- Systematic problem solving of training related issues
- Design and develop high impact training solutions and modern teaching technology
- Facilitate workshops
- Evaluate impact of training
- Implement NN training standards
Qualifications
You have a relevant academic background within learning, science, psychology or equivalent. and preferably experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation. It would be an advantage if you have experience from working in a regulated environment, e.g., within the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry.
- You are ambitious, possess strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution.
- Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities and the ability to execute projects independently and proactively, secures that value is added where it matters and within deadlines.
- You can communicate in English- and Danish-language both written and spoken.
Experience with Lean and/or behavioural design is an advantage.
