We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Associate Manager for Maintaince and Calibration in Biotech & Rare Disease API Denmark.

The position
As our Associate Manager, you will be leading the team of skilled workers responsible for equipment maintenance and calibration and main tasks:
Setting up the team, guide and motivate employers via setting strategic directions
ensure safety mind-set implementation, good housekeeping in production area, maintenance workshop and offices
be responsible for ensuring the department obtains a licence to operate and the production complies with the current GMP and safety regulations while maintaining environmental approval (Still relevant) There will be a need for continuously adjusting the organization to current needs to support the production and the policies. In connection, you are responsible for signing rights for certain documents.

As our Associate Manager, you will make independent decisions regarding the daily operation and the business. You pride yourself as a great communicator, who communicate in a precise and clear way, as you are expected to communicate with various stakeholders. 

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:
• Some years' experience with leadership/team management
• Technical experience with calibration and maintenance
• Preferably, hold a degree within Natural Sciences, Engineering, or similar
• Familiar with LEAN , SAP and calibration and maintenance planning
• Preferably experience within pharma As a leader, you have an analytic and process-oriented approach. As a person, you possess great international skills, where you are able to utilize your network within the organisation. You are ambitious, empathic and engaging, as you will need to set direction, motivate and cultivate high performance and engagement through the empowerment of the team.

You have a strong sense of quality and know the importance of complying with the standards and regulations of a production environment.

About the department 
 Our department covers the entire value chain from fermentation of product in the host cell, over column purification to finished freeze-dried product. We are around 130 people collaborating across 7 different teams consisting of operators, technicians and academics. The department is currently on a journey towards more innovative and digital solutions to meet the vision of Industry 4.0 so that we can continue to deliver world-class API.
