What’s the role about? Your responsibility will be to develop reporting solutions, primarily in the Customer Complaints Area, and support other teams with customized reporting solutions. You will communicate with various stakeholders on a daily basis to help identify the best solutions for the area. Additionally, you will support ongoing projects and activities in the area.
Responsibilities to take:
• Support business processes by providing data for users and senior management to ensure informed decision-making and proactively prevent bottlenecks and negative trends.
• Develop robust dashboards/KPI trackers using SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau for a broad range of stakeholders.
• Provide business insights based on data analysis and interpretation.
• Collaborate with Digital Quality /Business intelligence to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure good data quality and presentation by understanding and investigating data.
• Collaborate with the quality BI team on the projects.
• Automate routine and mundane tasks with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve both data structures and processes.
• Contribute relevant data to projects, especially for the Customer Complaint Center. Qualifications
• M.Sc. in a relevant field, IT management, Economics, Bio-science, Business and Administration
• 1-4 years of experience in data analysis
• Fluency in English
• Advanced to intermediate SQL knowledge (Experience with Oracle SQL is a plus)
• Advanced skills in PowerBI or Tableau
• Intermediate DAX
• Willingness to work independently and learn
• Strong mathematical & statistical skills, modelling & programming skills, structured problem solving, data mining, and visualization skills.
• Strong business acumen and data storytelling skills, as well as basic infrastructure (especially in cloud) knowledge. Nice to have:
• Experience with building automation and applications with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Previous experience with Alteryx is a plus.
• Knowledge of any programming language is strongly welcomed (ideally Python or VBA).
Operations & Staffs Quality (OSQ) is part of Novo Nordisk Quality; it is a very diverse area consisting of 7 departments/units, all aiming to be strategic QA business partners for Operations& Staff areas – and taking a leading role in ensuring highest Quality for patients. The area is also known as the ”bridge” between HQ & the Quality responsible persons in the 80 affiliates in International Operations & North America Operations.
