The Position
Your role will be anchored in IFP (Injectable Finished Products) Business Support, in the Strategy & Operational Excellence department. Within the department, a small team drives the development of Lean competencies and culture across the SVP area. We are looking for a partner for our SVP and the global lean management community, who will assess our maturity, define our strategy, and drive the implementation of our lean initiatives including on the shop floor.Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Act as a Lean sparring partner for the SVP of IFP
• Set the overall Lean direction for PSQIT (Product Supply, Quality & IT) with the other SVP lean partners in PSQIT
• Ensure that the ‘PS Supply System’ is anchored and live across the entire SVP area
• Drive the Lean Management community and continuously increase the impact created by the community
• Continuously improve the Lean leadership onboarding program and the site maturity assessments
• Coach and develop CVP Lean managers in driving Lean leadership behaviors and using Lean systems and tools.The exciting challenges that are bound to come your way, as well as the constant development of your Lean leadership capabilities, will both contribute to your professional and personal growth. Qualifications
For this role, we are looking forward to connecting with candidates who have:• an academic degree in relevant subject matters (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management, or project management)
• certifications within Lean (E.g. Black belt/DMAIC/3-star certified)
• experience designing and executing Lean transformations
• proven experience in coaching Lean principles, systems, and tools for leaders and employees at all levels of an organization
• strong stakeholder management and change management skillsAs a person, you will settle more easily into the role if you are passionate about your field and a natural go-getter. Your ability to build trust and relations with senior leaders and employees, as well as your change management and interpersonal skills will come in handy. You can navigate between strategic and operational levels, adapting to your stakeholder. Working independently is something you are comfortable with, but you also function well in a core team.

Strategy & Operational Excellence is a department within IFP Business Support, consisting of 20 highly skilled professionals striving to support and meet complex organizational needs. We drive cross-functional agendas within Strategy deployment, Lean, Performance Management, Projects & Circular For Zero.We are a lively and diverse team, with experts from various educational backgrounds and different levels of experience.
