Emerging Technologies (ET) is organisationally placed in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally address 26,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 55,000 employees. In ET we are more than 1600 dedicated employees in Maaloev and Durham and the area is still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new oral medication for people with type 2 diabetes on the market. Together we succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems and processes etc. You will join the OFP Training team, a part of the “Strategy & Operational Excellence” department based in Måløv. The team drives and supports strategic projects together with line of business and support local managers and local training supporters in daily sparring and problem solving. In ET we make a huge effort for you as a new employee to be off to a good start. During the first few days you will spend some time with other new employees, where you will go through an exciting onboarding programme. We know how important it is, and we are looking forward to meeting you. The position As Training Partner your main responsibility is to support line of business in ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant training and competence development set-ups. You do so by either acting as Project Manager, driving development projects, or as a consultant for the line of business, where you drive implementation of best practice standards in close collaboration with the local training organisation. As Project Manager, you are responsible for driving strategic training projects. You tackle specific business challenges by facilitating a training needs analysis and subsequently designing and developing high impact training solutions. As Training Consultant, you support and drive implementation of best practice within training standards, technologies, and solutions. Furthermore, you facilitate training design workshops and the training in our training standards. You communicate and engage on all levels in the organisation, as your key stakeholders are employees, team leaders, and department managers. To truly understand what adds value and makes a difference to our stakeholders, you spend most of your time on shop floor with your colleagues from line of business. And, you are a part of an amazing team with very talented colleagues who work closely together to deliver on our business goals, and are motivated by solving problems, seeing opportunities, and driving change. Furthermore, you enjoy our social work environment where there is a high level of engagement. Qualifications As our new Training Partner, you have: A relevant master’s degree within adult learning, learning management, organizational development, psychology or similar. Full proficiency in both Danish and English A proven track record of driving change management projects and engaging stakeholders, as well as experience as a trainer and facilitator A minimum of 3-5 years of experience developing and implementing competence development programs for regulated production, preferably within pharma Comprehensive knowledge of training principles. Knowledge or experience within LEAN and continuous improvement is an advantage. As well as you are: Self-driven and passionate about making a meaningful impact.
