The Position As the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you will play a key role supporting the execution of our global Talent Acquisition strategy, by contributing and leading global projects to continuously improve the experience of our stakeholders involved in the hiring process: candidates, hiring managers and TA core teams.
The position will be based in Bagsværd. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Lead, co-lead, and support the design and roll out of projects aimed at improving the hiring experience to attract, select, and onboard top talent globally.
  • Represent our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence (CoE) when working on global shared projects with other CoEs, ensuring close collaboration with TA Leaders responsible for different regions to include and represent all perspectives effectively.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to build the TA strategy and support driving its execution, meeting the organizational talent needs and our Must Win Battles.
  • Introduce features from Agile methodologies, such as C-Lean/Scrum/Kanban, to apply an iterative and collaborative approach to project management. This includes breaking down the Talent Acquisition strategy into smaller, manageable initiatives, prioritizing them based on business value in conjunction with the TA Strategy & Execution Director, and facilitating regular planning, review, and retrospective meetings with the team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to adapt to changing priorities when needed, identify, and address challenges, and deliver outcomes in an agile and efficient manner.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate:
  • Holds a relevant academic degree within Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Has solid experience with TA and recruitment, preferably within an Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment
  • Has proven track record of successful project management or strong consultancy experience in international cross-cultural context
  • Holds certification in Agile methodologies, such as C-Lean/Scrum/Kanban
  • Is experienced driving global TA or other P&O related initiatives with strict adherence to stakeholder management and other key performance indicators of the projects.
  • Possesses high ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels in a clear, concise, and diplomatic manner.
  • On a personal level, we are looking for a structured colleague who feels comfortable in a complex environment handling numerous tasks simultaneously; someone who is excellent in navigating across boundaries and communicates and presents effectively with colleagues and senior management and has a proven track record of following-through and delivering strong business results. Furthermore, excellent collaboration skills and the ability to succeed with a diverse group of stakeholders will be required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required. About the Department You will become part of the newly established Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution unit and report directly to the Director, Global TA Strategy & Execution. The new team is dedicated to designing and implementing innovative strategies to provide a best-in-class hiring experience for Hiring Managers and Candidates worldwide.
