The Position As an Associate Manager you will head up a newly established diverse team 10-14 dedicated employees, primarily professionals. You will be responsible for coaching and creating an environment where the team provides excellent support to our operation, drives continuous improvements, and helps the department fulfil the expectations to an aseptic production. You will report directly to our Senior Director for Line Filling and be part of the departmental management team. Your key responsibilities will be to: Conduct daily performance board meetings to coordinate the team
Ensure necessary process support for optimizing production stability and efficiency
Foster individual and team development to enhance performance
Collaborate actively with the department management team
Drive a lean mindset where continuous improvement is key.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A master’s degree in engineering, natural science, or similar
Leadership experience from a similar position
GMP experience will be a plus
Good communication skills in Danish and English.
