The position
Novo Nordisk is growing rapidly and so is NNQ. To strengthen NNQ P&O, we are looking for a new colleague whose primary task is to work closely with the P&O Director and the HR Business Partners.
Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Supporting the P&O Director in delivering relevant information and material to the NNQ Management team
• Supporting HR projects and initiatives
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to identify and address HR needs and challenges
• Analysing complex HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Planning activities such as workshops, team building and social events
Moreover, you will support meeting preparations, taking minutes, and follow-up on actions etc., and administer and maintain the area websites and prepare graphical presentations in PowerPoint.
In NNQ P&O we provide solutions based on data and strategic business needs and we implement initiatives from Global P&O. In this role you will gain deep insight into Novo Nordisk and have a varied workday with a broad range of tasks. You will be a part of a highly engaged, experienced and ambitious team of P&O colleagues. In the team we care for each other, and we love to laugh and have fun.
Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious colleague with a positive mindset, and to succeed in this role, you: • Have a MSc. in relevant field (Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Economics)
• Have analytical skills with the ability to rapidly identify and prioritize critical issues, combined with experience in analysing complex challenges and data
• Are newly graduated or have a couple of years’ experience within P&O
• Are fully proficient in English You are curious to learn the dynamics of the global quality organisation and you thrive when having the responsibility of your own tasks. You find motivation in translating complex knowledge into simple messages. As a person, you are a fast thinker, you have strong interpersonal skills and are curious by nature. Your good sense of humour and open mind enables you to contribute to a positive and collaborative atmosphere in the team. About the department
