Apply today! The position You will be Associate Manager of our Quality Control (QC) team managing 25 dedicated employees. The team is responsible for QC testing of pen needles including batch review and support related to project testing. As our new Associate Manager, you will lead by example and set the direction. You will support your employees in their daily efforts to solve tasks and challenges. In close collaboration with other departments and teams at our site, you will shape a working environment that creates job enthusiasm and matches the requests and capabilities of your team. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: · have at least 1-2 years of leadership experience, and you are confident in working with stakeholders at various levels within an organisation · have a degree in engineering or other relevant education – bachelor, master or similar is recommended · have experience with process optimisation and LEAN · have excellent stakeholder management skills · are fluent in English and Danish. Knowledge of managing in a laboratory will be considered as an advantage. You can work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of independency in prioritisation and planning execution. About the department You will be a part of the QC, Training & Facility Management department and have a workday with a large degree of independence. At the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation. The department is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance and manufacturing development. We are organised in seven departments and with app. 450 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
