As our new Product Owner you will be part of driving one of the largest ever digital transformations of the Novo Nordisk finance organization with the companywide upgrade of our ERP system, from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. In your new role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technical migration is possible, by leading the finance product team.
This is a five-year journey involving stakeholders across our global organization which calls for excellent communication and clear prioritization. We are working in a SAFe setup to manage expectations between IT and our line of business, and you will play a critical role in this relationship.Your main responsibilities include:
• Lead a technical, cross-geographical team to deliver on the S/4HANA programme
• Develop roadmap for the team, prioritize backlog, plan sprint, manage risks, and ensure clear reporting of progress
• Manage interdependencies across teams and with other Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure technical prerequisites are in place for the team to deliver
• Ensure timely deliverables in high quality that meets compliance standards
• Spare with S/4HANA Product Manager and Scrum Master on programme planning and resourcing

• Several years of experience as Product Manager/Product Owner in a large and complex organization
• Deep technical passion for working with SAP Finance and Controlling, and a clear overview of finance processes
• Strong track record in planning and execution
• Experience in how to build and support a learning culture in Agile teams – increase knowledge, cut complexity and be innovative
• Experience with S/4HANA migration projects is an advantage
