The Position
As a Knowledge Management Consultant, you will be an integral part of the knowledge management team, working closely with askHR Denmark (our regional service center), local authors, and various stakeholders.
Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operational tasks necessary to maintain our knowledge bases. In addition, you will act as the point of contact for daily operations support, extending your expertise to authors, internal and external departments, and Centers of Excellence. Your ability to provide timely and effective support will be critical to ensuring that our knowledge base is optimized for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day tasks in the portal, reviewing and approving articles, monitoring the use of articles, and acting on feedback.
• Provide support and guidance to authors, internal/external departments, and Centers of Excellence on article content, ensuring standardization in a tone of voice, visual identity, and clear process descriptions.
• Participate in meetings with both local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous updates of information available through the portal.
• Ensure that information conveyed via the askHR portal can be transformed into sustainable and useful knowledge across functionalities.
• Review, write, and update articles in Danish and English and provide translations
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A degree in communication, education science, or information management, or experience with service center support and knowledge management tasks.
• A natural flair for IT systems, knowledge base management, and data analytics.
• Experience working in a global corporate environment is preferred, with experience across business areas in HR processes being an added advantage.
• Fluency in Danish and English both written and spoken is required. Personally, you succeed when given clear tasks and have a strong sense of how to organize and manage them within a specific timeframe.

askHR Denmark supports the 24,000 Danish-employed Novo Nordisk leaders and employees within the area of HR administration, providing guidance and counseling on questions related to personnel administration and Novo Nordisk labor guidelines via the askHR service center and portal.
