The position You will be part of a small project team in Injectable Finished Products Intra Logistics & Supply Chain working daily with the sites and other IFP stakeholders to simplify and optimise processes to support our production and WH departments. The department is part of IFP Business Support which consists of 55-60 highly skilled supply chain Specialists, in Finance, Logistics, Business Development, reporting, and project governance. As part of the Intralogistics team, you will work closely together with the director and project managers on various projects. Supporting with a collection of process data from our systems, development of KPIs & metrics, data analysis, and presentation of findings Preparing and conducting workshops, driving social media communication (e.g., Yammer, SharePoint, etc.) Supporting change management, participating in project discussions around challenges and possible solutions, and preparing presentations for the project steering group and other stakeholders Furthermore, we are constantly looking to utilise various digitisation opportunities such as using AI, Automation, and Robotics. Practicalities: Internship Period: Full-time position for 6 months with a possibility to extend for an additional 6 months Start date: November 2023 This is a paid internship, provided that your studies allow remuneration Qualifications You are currently studying at a University or equivalent for your Master’s degree with a strong interest and/or background in Business Processes, Data Analysis, and Supply Chain Management. Excellent Data analysis skills in Excel and the ability to present and communicate your findings both visually and orally Keen to take responsibility for complex tasks involving many different stakeholders across different business areas Ability to work independently using your sound personal judgment to make wise decisions and to ask when in doubt Thrive to become part of a professional team, bring a high energy level, take initiative (proactive thinking), and work with a high level of engagement Fluency in English skills in both reading and writing Experience with SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, Process Management, and Master Data Management processes is an advantage but not a requirement as we will provide the necessary support to get you started. As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication and are motivated by being challenged both professionally and personally. Your strong interpersonal skills assist you in creating trustful relations across professions and business areas, and you bring a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you are currently located in the Copenhagen area, or you plan to relocate to Copenhagen by the end of 2023. About the department IFP is an area within Novo Nordisk that is responsible for the production of all Novo Nordisk Injectable Finished Products across our 7 global production sites. We are looking for an intern in the department IFP Intra Logistics and Supply Chain Projects. The department is responsible for developing and optimising our internal logistics processes across the globe. Some of our focus areas are to optimise lead times, simplify processes, and optimise movements of goods on and in between the sites. Hereunder developing KPIs and dashboards to survey and control our processes by utilising data analysis and visualisation tools. Working at Novo Nordisk Together we drive change.
