The position As CVP Communication Partner, you will assume a critical role in spearheading and revolutionising our communications efforts. Operating within the Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) unit, your primary responsibility revolves around crafting and advancing internal communications across various platforms, while effectively interacting with stakeholders from different functions. Your main responsibilities include: Maintaining GCM's reputation as the ultimate destination for top talent by utilising internal and external communication channels to promote our efforts and support our culture. Serve as the go-to communication expert within GCM, orchestrating and executing central communication endeavours while offering guidance on broader communication initiatives. Provide advice and support to the GCM management team and colleagues regarding change management and communication strategies fit for external and internal use. Spearhead communication efforts for daily operations, campaigns, and transformations, from inception and planning to the final execution of communication solutions, including project management, stakeholder analysis, and proactive dissemination of news and updates. Curate compelling content for various communication channels internally and externally, including newsletters, SharePoint, videos, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, presentations, info screens, and more, ensuring the effective communication of GCM's activities and achievements. Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should: Hold a master’s degree in communication or a closely related field, complemented by hands-on experience as a communication partner. Exhibit proficiency in managing and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders. Have the ability to build and leverage a network by engaging with people across different geographical regions to enhance communications strategies and initiatives. Possess prior exposure to operating within a matrixed organisational structure, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of corporate dynamics. Showcase fluency in both written and spoken English. As a person, you excel in the realm of communication and thrive when crafting persuasive messages and various communication materials. You are adaptable and remain on top of a constantly evolving landscape, all while advocating for best practices to ensure success. You are at your best when working independently, taking ownership of your assignments, and proposing innovative initiatives. Simultaneously, you are a team-player, adept at collaborating effectively with your team and broader stakeholders. You possess a strategic mindset, skilfully harmonising communication efforts with overall goals and objectives, always driven by your passion to achieve positive outcomes. About the department GCM plays a crucial role in Novo Nordisk by managing Global Contract Manufacturing in a sustainable manner.
